Chia Pudding

So here is one of the quickest recipes I know! Chia pudding is a simple and it tastes delicious. I love it because you can have in your fridge and reach for it for breakfast, a snack or even add cacao to make it a nutritious dessert.

Ingredients:
Servings: 4

1 1/2 cups of non dairy milk (full fat coconut milk if you want it really creamy ! )
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 Tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt

* For a chocolate version add 1 Tbsp of cacao powder

Directions:
1) Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well, keep in bowl or add to a big mason jar. Cover and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight so that it becomes a pudding consistency.
2) Enjoy it as it is or add fresh fruit, compote (cooked berries), granola, cacao nibs, nut butters or hemp seeds.

Will keep fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge.
